5 New cases confirmed in Nigeria. A total of 8 cases in the country
The Nigerian Minister on 18-03-2020 has confirmed 5 new cases of COVID-19. He made this announcement during a press briefing in Abuja.
He made it known that 3 of these new cases came from the US and they include a mother and child while two others came from the UK.
Four of them are in Lagos while one is from Ekiti.
As at the time of this report, 203,612 have been confirmed in the world. 82,866 have recovered while 8,229 have died from the virus. There are 112,517 currently active cases.
